Akim Oda NDC Youth Organizer put smiles on the faces of ophans in Akwatia Good Shepherd Ophanage Home

The NDC Youth Organizer  Akim Oda Constituency in the Birim Central Municipality Eastern Region Mr. Brako Kusi Popularly known as Kofi Poyoyoyo in collaboration with his father Mr.Samuel Brako and Alberta Danso have donated items worth over Six Thousands Ghana Cedis to the Akwatia Good Shepered Ophanag Development Center.

Mr. Solomon Kusi Brako fulfilling a promise he made to the Ophanage home during his birthday donated
items included Bags of sugar,Bags of rice, Couple of soft drinks,Note one books,Note three books,Pens and Pencils, Soap,Bags of washing powder, Mosquitoes sprays, Mosquito coils, Sanitary pads, Toiletries,Tin Tomatoes,Catons of Milk,Pepsodents,Brush, Cooking oil,Mashal Mathematics set, Cartons Paradise Mackrel,Cartons of Sea Crown Sardines, tin of Milo

The Orphanage which is located at Akwatia was established in the year 2008 with the aim of contributing to the welfare of children especially.

Currently the orphanage  accommodates and takes total responsibility of about Thirty Two orphans in a spacious compound.

Mr. Brako Kusi presenting the items to the orphanage lauded the mother of the orphanage for her commitment to take care of the orphans.

According to him even people who has one or two kids in the house find it difficult taken care of them so he encourage the madam of the Orphanage to continue with the good work she is doing.

Mr. Solomon Brako Kusi said it is his passion always to support the less privilege in our society.

When we fail to help the needy and they grow they will become gangsters and attack us so its good to help them become great people in life.

He urged people not to wait for them to be reach before given their quota to the needy.

He expressed his commitment always to give back to the society.

Ms Philomina Asantewaa Agyei, the founder of the orphanage expressed her gratitude to the NDC Akim Oda Constituency youth Organizer and call on other philanthropists to come and help them complete their building so that they can move in because currently they are in a rented apartment.
