Apostle Francis Amoako Attah: “The Meaning Of The Saying Of The Bible”

The reason why people especially Christians keep reading the Word of God and keep praying and yet, nothing seems to change in their lives might probably be their understanding of the Word.

The Founder and Leader of Parliament Chapel International (PCI), Apostle Francis Amoako Attah has explained the difference between the saying of the Bible and the meaning of the Bible.

Speaking on Angel FM’s Anopa Bofoo program today, on the topic “The Difference Saying Of The Bible and The Meaning Of The Bible” the Man of God explained that people have followed the Word for too long and all the time but there seem to be no results to their expectations.

He said, the situation is so because people have not got the meaning of the Saying of the Bible.

He however prophesied that peoples’ lives will change from Sunday to Wednesday, urging all believers to fast these days fast for a miracle.

According to him, April is a Month of Destiny and that there is the need to draw people’s attention to themselves for them to know who they really are.

“This will open doors for them. If not the enemy will build a bridge for you and instead of you moving to the other side, you will still be at where you are,” he said.

He took the scripture from Mathew 21 vrs 1 – 11 “As they approached Jerusalem and came to Bethphage on the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two disciples, saying to them, “Go to the village ahead of you, and at once you will find a donkey tied there, with her colt by her. Untie them and bring them to me. If anyone says anything to you, say that the Lord needs them, and he will send them right away.” This took place to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet: “Say to Daughter Zion,
‘See, your king comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, and on a colt, the foal of a donkey.’

The disciples went and did as Jesus had instructed them. They brought the donkey and the colt and placed their cloaks on them for Jesus to sit on. A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted,

“Hosanna to the Son of David!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Hosanna in the highest heaven!”

When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred and asked, “Who is this?” The crowds answered, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee.””

According to him, Pastors have talked about the donkey for too long and yet, failed to understand the meaning of that Saying.

He said, during the period of Easter, Jesus Christ came from Galilea, which is Africa and for that matter, the time for Africa has come.

He said Jesus, which was alluded to a Donkey cannot be tied to any kind of tree and that, the time Jesus was not dead, he was palm because everything about him was working and after his death he became arkezia (wood.)

“Genesis 3 vs 21 – 24 “21 The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them.  22 And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.” So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.”

Explaining further, he averred that The Lord banished man (Adam) from the Garden of Eden and when coming out, he came through the Eastern Gate; wretched.

“He had no clothes, no shoes, he was wretched,” he said.

According to him, God doesn’t want any man to come through that gate into the Garden of Eden so he closed it.

But, the Second Adam in the person of Jesus Christ came back to the garden; the garden that was locked for over many years, through Gethsemane (a place of struggle), dressed in beautiful clothes.

“He had seen that for him to come through that gate, He must elevate himself. Before the cross the second Adam must pass through the Eastern gate to redeem the garden. Look, 4000 years after Jesus passed through that gate it remained so. There are people that have be brought to themselves to be able to break the barrier.”
