The Global Evangelical Church in Agona Swedru is to complete a 500 capacity church auditorium for use by the close of the year. As part of efforts to meet the time line, a target seed money of GH 30,000.00 Cedis was raised for the roofing of the edifice.
When completed, the building will contain a gallery, offices and washrooms.
This was disclosed by the Swedru Area Minister in charge of the church, Pastor Moses Kutu during the fund raising which was on the theme: “Let Us Rise Up and Build.”.
Since it broke out from its mother church, the Evangelical Presbyterian Church about two decades ago, the Global Evangelical Church has leaped its bounds, constructing church buildings across the country.
