Residents of Ngleshie Amanfrom in the Ga South municipality of the Greater Accra region have called on the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Oppong Boanuh to call one Detective Inspector Agorka who has turned himself into a “land guard” to order.
Speaking to the press, the residents complained bitterly about how Insp. Agorka led some armed police men to guard a land for an authorized person to build on a piece of land belonging to another person.
According to them, in the early hours of Tuesday, 7th January, 2020, the said inspector together with some armed police men to guard a 4 plots of land in the community for unauthorized person to start a project.
They further provided documents to prove that, the person who is shield by Insp. Agorka and his team, is not the rightful owner of the land.
They then called on the police authorities to call Detective Inspector Agorka to order in this period where the state has risen against the operations of land guards.
