His Excellency Michael Aaron Nii Nortey Yaw Oquaye Junior through the Constituency Executives donated some items to our great Muslim brothers and sisters who are Polling Station Executives of the Great Elephant NPP in the period of Ramadan.
These items were bags of rice, sugars, tins of milk, tins of milo, bottles of oils etc.
The said items were received by the Constituency Nasara Coordinator in the person of Alhaji Ibrahim Seidu on behalf of all Muslim Polling Station Executives.
His Excellency in presenting the items to Alhaji Ibrahim Seidu, he asked that even though our Muslim brothers and sisters were in the month of fasting for the entire nation he advised them to continuously observe social distancing, encouraged them to use face/nose masks, hand sanitizers and regular washing of their hands as primary safety for themselves. He added that, he was poised after their real intent of the Ramadan the country Ghana would come out in a successful battle against Covid-19 pandemic disease.
The Constituency Nasara Coordinator on behalf of his colleague Muslim Executives thanked HE Oquaye Junior for his kind gesture towards them as they are also in the month of Ramadan and seeking for the blessings of Allah.
He advised his colleague Muslims to observe all protocols amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
