Rate Of Occultism Practice In The Country Should Be A Concern To All – Rev. Akyerekwa

The Agona Swedru branch minister of the Christ Chapel Int. Mission, Rev. James Akyerekwa Jnr. has bemoaned the rate of the engagement of some Ghanaians in occultism practice in the country, describing It as a worrying trend that needs to be tackled by with the seriousness that it deserves.

The practice is said to be engaged in by people of all walks of life including some politicians, youth, students, businessmen and women and even some self-acclaimed men of God either for fame, power or riches.

Though Rev. Akyerekwa admitted that it was an old age secret society practice which people perceived as religion for some class of people, he however expressed regret how the practice has now become a common norm in the country, even among students.

He revealed that the enormous problems facing the country are as a result of this practice by some of its leaders engaged in it.
