YOUTH ADVISED AGAINST EASY ACCESS TO RICHNESS.

The youth have been advised to desist from means of easy access to richness such as internet fraud, rather concentrate on education as that is the only sure means of guaranteeing their future as responsible citizens.

This advice was given by the founder of the Mount Carmel Prayer and Healing Center at Agona Asafo in the Central Region, Prophetess Vida Gorllu during a 3-Day Education and Prayer program for the youth of the town.

Addressing the gathering, Prophetess Vida Gorllu further warned the youth not to allow the world and its material gains to sway them from their destiny because of pressure from their peers. She however expressed regrets how some parents, especially mothers even push their children into activities that can lead them to easy access to the richness, and condemned such parents, saying they have no vision for the future of their children.

The Central Region is noted for easy access to richness among the youth, and this activity is gradually becoming an acceptable norm in society.

But Prophetess Vida Gorllu has said fighting against the practice should be seen as a collective responsibility not only of the religious organizations but society as a whole. The 3-Day Education program was also attended by some parents.
