Court Orders Substituted Service On Taricone & Morris For Committal Of Contempt

An Adenta High Court has ordered that a substituted service for Committal of Contempt be served upon Messrs Ernesto Taricone and Ian Morris for their display or show of disregard to Court.
Going by an Ex-Parte motion in the Application for Committal of Contempt of Court against the above mentioned persons, the Applicant here-in(Top Kings Ent. Ltd) through it’s lawyers pleaded with the court for an order to serve the two by substitution which was granted.
The Presiding judge of the High Court, Justice Fred Kwasi Awuah in his ruling stated that upon reading and hearing from the lawyers of the applicant(Top Kings Ent. Ltd.) he was left with no other decision than to order that Messrs Taricone and Morris be served with the Motion on Notice For Committal For Contempt.
The court has directed that the order be posted in the following manner;
A) On the Notice Board of the Registry of Adenta High Court, Accra
B) On the Premises Of the 2nd and 3rd Respondents
C) By publication in any State owned newspaper
D) On the last know place of abode of the 2nd respondent at unnumbered house at Pantang, Accra
E) On the last known place of abode of the 3rd respondent at the Trassacco Phase 1, Adjiriganor East Legon , Accra.
