Ride your Okada with care. Akyem Mansohene advises Okada riders.

The Chief of Akyem Manso, who doubles as the Benkumhene of Akyem Kotoku Traditional Council in the Asene Manso Akroso District Eastern Region, Obrempong Sintim Poku, has advised Okada riders to be careful when riding their motorcycles.

The Chief, addressing the people during the Akyem Manso Odwira festival, stated that the lives of the Okada riders matter a lot to the town, so he advised them to be extra careful when riding their motorcycles.

He said nobody is stopping them from doing their Okada business, but if they continue with how they ride the bikes in town, he will not have any alternative but to invite the divisional police commander to step in so that discipline will be maintained.

He said he was very worried as they visited the Big Tree; the Okada riders were raising on the road, and it’s made him worried till they reach Manso peacefully.

He advised them to think about their lives when riding the bikes.

The MP for the area, Hon. George Kwame Aboagye, said this year is election year, so he advised the people not to change their hands but rather to continue and vote for His Excellence, Dr. Bawumia, to break the eight in the December election.

According to him, eight years is not enough for any regime to rule the country, and this time that thing must be broken.

Hon. George Kwame Aboagye said since Ghana has been in existence, there is no president who has worked more than His Excellence Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo.

In the old days, people sold their properties just to take their children to school, but now, because of Nana Addo, everything is free up to SHS.

He urged the people not to allow people to deceive them.

According to him in 2008, some people deceive Ghanaians into thinking that when they come to power, NHIS is going to be a one-time premium, but as they get power, nothing like that happens. At the end of the day, they even decide to collapse it.

He advised Ghanaians to vote massively for Dr. Bawumia in the upcoming election.
