The Swedru Area District of the Church of Pentecost in collaboration with Zool Lion have launched an Environmental Care Campaign dubbed “My Environment, My Responsibility.”
The launch forms part of objective of the Church nationwide to partner the government in the fight against filth in the country.
Launching the campaign, the Area Ahead of the Church, Prophet David Kankam appealed to all and sundry to see the problem of sanitation as a collective responsibility and participate in the fight against it.
After the launch, the Church later embarked on clean-up exercise in the Swedru township, including the Government Hospital.
