The Member of Parliament for Asene Akroso Manso constituency in the Eastern Region, Hon. George Kwame Aboagye, has put a smile on the faces of 300 elderly people in Akyem Manso.
Hon. George Kwame Aboagye, before becoming the MP for the area, has been helping the elderly in the constituency for a very long time.
Speaking to the media, the MP stated that this is not the first time he has been making donations to the elderly in Akyem Manso; his mother used to send them on his behalf before he became the MP for the area.
He said there are so many towns in the Asene Akroso Manso constituency that it’ll be very difficult to satisfy everyone, but he will make sure he does everything within his power to satisfy everyone.
All the elderly in the other towns are going to get some gifts from him.
Hon. George Kwame Aboagye promised to construct the Akyem Manso Durbar grounds and Akyem town roads before the general election in 2024.
Every time some people complain that he is not doing anything in Akyem Manso, he urges those people to go to Atweaman Senior High School and witness everything there themselves.
He said he has built a girls dormitory there, an ICT lab, a toilet facility, and so on.
He pleaded with everyone to be patient; everything is going to be okay in the constituency.
The people receiving the items express their appreciation to the MP for his kind gesture towards them.
They pray for God’s blessing on the MP for always putting a smile on their faces.
They urged delegates in the Asene Akroso Manso constituency to continue and vote massively for Hon. George Kwame Aboagye to continue the good work he is doing in the constituency.
